PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

We use personal information to provide you with services from our site, to build features that will make the services available on the site easier to use, to contact you about these services, and to send advertisements, marketing material or other offers that we think might be of interest to you.

LEGAL FOUNDATION FOR THE PROCESSING

Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. of the General Data Protection Act,  either by consent or as required for the protection of our legitimate interest in entrepreneurship.

You always have the right to withdraw the given consent.

TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

If required to achieve the set purposes, your personal data will be shared with other companies (in the HRC Invest NV group) within the European Economic Area, which are linked directly or indirectly with Hotel Riga or with any other partner of Hotel Riga.

Hotel Riga guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.

RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data processed will be stored for the time necessary to satisfy legal requirements (in terms of bookkeeping, among others).

RIGHT TO INSPECTION, IMPROVEMENT, DELETION, LIMITATION, OBJECTION AND TRANSFERABILITY OF PERSONAL DATA

You have at all times the right to inspect your personal data and can have it improved or completed, have it removed, limit its processing and object to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6.1

Furthermore, you are entitled to obtain a copy (in a structured, standard and mechanically readable form) of your personal data and to have said personal data forwarded to another company.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, you are requested to:

DIRECT MARKETING

You are entitled to object free of charge to the processing of any processing of your personal data aimed at direct marketing.

COMPLAINT
